''Wild Card'' (for part of its history ''Wild Card 2'') was a lottery game that was available in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, although at no point did the five lotteries offer it simultaneously. The game was administered by the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), which is best known for Mega Millions and Powerball. ''Wild Card (2)'' was drawn Wednesdays and Saturdays until February 24, 2016. The original version of the game began in 1998; it was known as ''Wild Card'', and lasted 15 months; it was played in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The game's format was changed, with a "2" added to the name, in May 1999; Nebraska dropped out upon the format change. North Dakota joined in 2004. Niles Hollowell-Dhar (born October 6, 1988), known professionally as Kshmr (pronounced "Kashmir" and stylized in all caps), is an American songwriter, DJ, music producer, and musician. He was ranked 23rd on ''DJ Mag''s 2015 Top 100 DJs poll and was awarded highest new entry for the year. In the same poll he elevated to 12th in 2016 and 2017, and again in 2020. He was ranked 11th in the same poll in 2021; and in 2022 in same poll he ranked 12. In July 2017, he launched Dharma Worldwide, a sublabel of Spinnin' Records. Kshmr performed live at many music festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra and Sunburn. Early life Hollowell-Dhar was born in Berkeley, California. Ridley Bent is the stage name of Brian Fowler, a Canadian country music, country singer-songwriter.
